The Dundee Bistro focuses on culinary processes, from perfectly fresh to baking, brining, braising, grilling, smoking and slow roasting over flavor enhancing woods. Our goal is presenting dishes of optimal enjoyment from locally sourced, sustainably farmed and high quality ingredients. Fratelli Ponzi Importers supplies our kitchen with extra virgin olive oil direct on or near Michel and Rebecca Ponzi’s Italian estate, as well as organic, non-GMO, Italian pasta made from heritage wheat.
We offer a deep selection of wines curated to complement our menu, along with draught Oregon microbrews, craft cocktails and direct fair trade roasted coffee. Our extensive wine list is deep with Dundee Hills and Chehalem Mountains producers as well as other great wine regions of the world. We source locally as well as internationally and buy whenever possible direct from the producer to reduce transit, cost and waste.
As our menus often change every day - please note that our online menus may vary slightly from our daily menu. The Bistro Bar offers a casual menu with lighter fare appetizers to complement our interesting wine flights and full service bar. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday, 3 - 6 pm, in the bar only.
