Our emphasis is on preparing and presenting dishes reflecting the highest culinary sophistication accompanied by wines and wine service of comparable excellence. At the same time, we offer a casual, friendly atmosphere welcoming tourists, families, local residents and winemakers still in their overalls and field boots.

From its inception, The Dundee Bistro has been a leader in sourcing fresh ingredients from neighboring farms, ranches and waters, seeking organically produced foods whenever possible. The dining room menu constantly changes. Foods are house made, from pasta to soups, sauces and desserts. Executive Chef Ryan Clark relies on the pure flavors of his prime ingredients: vegetables, fruits, wild mushrooms, lean meats, fish often delivered by the fishermen, herbs from the garden and fresh Casal Cristiana Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The resulting dishes are light, healthy, delicious and beautiful.
