From its inception, The Dundee Bistro has been a leader in sourcing fresh ingredients from neighboring farms, ranches and waters, seeking organically produced foods whenever possible. Our seasonal menu features house made fresh pasta, soups, sauces, bread, pizza and desserts. Executive Chef Ryan Clark relies on pure, simple flavors of high quality and super fresh ingredients. We source direct for the finest import ingredients via Fratelli Ponzi Importers for its brand of extra virgin olive oil and artisan, organic pasta made from NON-GMO, heritage wheat.
