The Dundee Bistro offers a range of private event and catering services. Chef/Partner Smith's extensive experience in catering and banquet organization enables The Dundee Bistro to bring the expression of Willamette Valley Cuisine to venues both on and off site.
PRIVATE ROOM AT THE DUNDEE BISTRO
The Dundee Bistro features a private room that can seat 50 people. Approximately 100 people can be accommodated when both the main dining room and private room are fully occupied. The outside courtyard can also be incorporated for special event use. The Bistro staff successfully hosts a wide variety of events utilizing all areas of the facility.
OFF-SITE CATERING
Chef/Partner Smith and his staff specialize in off-site catering. Winery dinners-multi course meals that demand the most sophisticated menus and service-are accomplished with style. The team also successfully caters off-site functions in challenging locations, such as vineyards and orchards, that demand flexibility and skill to provide delicious, visually beautiful foods without benefit of any kitchen facilities.
